Safety
While Pickle Point has extensive operating hours, we cannot always guarantee that a certified first aid officer will be onsite. Court hirers are responsible for their own safety, including having first aid supplies on hand. Play is at your own risk.
Cancellations
Casual bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In this case, a credit will be issued for future use.
Playing Over Time
Hirers must finish play by the end of their designated booking time. If the court is still available, the session may be extended, and an additional charge will apply.
Weather Policy
Our GreenSet Cushion courts are generally quick to dry. However, if heavy rain makes play unsafe, the Court Manager will determine the playability of the courts. If a session is cancelled due to wet weather, a credit will be issued. The credit can be used for future bookings through our online system.
If you do not receive an email with your credit details, please contact us with your booking information. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
Expected Behavior
Pickle Point is a family-friendly venue. We expect all players to show respect to others and our staff. Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, close the gates after use, and turn off any court lights when you leave. Management reserves the right to ask anyone who fails to meet these expectations to leave, with no credit or refund given.
